Pursuant to Article VII Board of Directors Section 3B Special Meeting of the NAP Bylaws- Special meetings of the NAP Board of Directors may be called by the NAP President and shall be called upon the written request of three members of the NAP Board of Directors with call given at least twenty-four hours before the meeting. Notice may be waived by the members of this board in accordance with statutory requirements. Officers present at a meeting shall be deemed to have received, or to have waived, notice.
The board will meet September 30, 2024 at 9:00 p.m. ET (8:00 p.m. CT; 7:00 p.m. MT; 6:00 p.m. PT). The purpose of this meeting is to accept all resignations and fill all vacancies put forth to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Parliamentarians.
