This virtual session is on the details of the motion to reconsider the vote on….

The session covers: 1) who can make the motion in a meeting, and a committee, 2) when a
motion may be reconsidered in a session, convention, and committee, 3) to which other
motions it can be applied and under what conditions and 4) and what other options are
available. As an exercise members will consider three scenarios using a “Stacking
Motions Sequence of Events” to determine if reconsider is proper and/or if another option
is appropriate and answer three questions on reconsider.
