The motions to Postpone Indefinitely and Object to Consideration of the Question are both motions used to avoid deciding a motion that may not be a good idea for a variety of reasons. In this presentation, attendees will learn about these two motions, including their standard descriptive characteristics and uses and examples. The two motions will be compared so that attendees can understand how they are similar and how they are different.
