Nominations and elections must be perceived as impartial and in support of the organization’s mission. In this presentation, Professional Registered Parliamentarian Kelly Lucas presents an overview of the nominations and elections process which includes notes from her experience. For the nominations, she will present the various methods of creating the nomination and the process to do so. For the elections, she presents the various voting method choices, the voting process, the teller’s report, and how to handle the contest election.
