Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article VII, §3B of the NAP Bylaws a special meeting of the Board of Directors is called for October 15, 2024, at 7:30 pm CT. Special meetings of the NAP Board of Directors may be called by the NAP President and shall be called upon the written request of three members of the NAP Board of Directors with call given at least twenty-four hours before the meeting. Notice may be waived by the members of this board in accordance with statutory requirements. Officers present at a meeting shall be deemed to have received, or to have waived, notice.
The purpose of this special meeting is for acceptance of committee appointments and resignations and to fill the vacancy of the District Director Representative.
Board materials will be posted on October 15 in your Digital Library. You will find them by signing on to the NAP Member Portal and clicking on “My Digital Library” found under the image icon in the upper right corner. Then open “Board Meeting Documents” and click on the “2024 Board Meetings” folder. The Zoom link will be listed on the agenda.
