Delegate Designation Form

Use this form to list delegates and alternates for your association or unit. Delegate names must be submitted via this form by July 1, 2023. Delegates must be NAP members and present at the Business Meeting at the Biennial Convention in Atlanta, Georgia to be eligible to represent their association or unit.
