Returns and Refunds
Materials in original condition may be returned to NAP within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products delivered on CD-ROM may only be returned unopened in their original packaging. Items purchased with a member discount may not be returned. Any refunds due will be settled using the method of original payment.
Taxes and Shipping
Missouri state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Missouri addresses. If you need to place a tax-exempt order to be shipped to a Missouri address, please order by phone, fax, or mail.
Shipping charges for orders shipped within the United States (including its territories) are calculated based on the total amount of the order. The total shipping charges for your order will be displayed during the checkout process, after you enter your shipping address and before you enter billing information. NAP ships orders using USPS library rate when possible, and usually ships in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving an order.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are subject to actual shipping charges; contact NAP to complete your order so that shipping charges can be calculated correctly. If you require expedited shipping, please order by phone so that our staff can make shipping arrangements that meet your needs.
