NAP Organizational Structure

GlobeThe National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) is an educational non-profit organization whose purpose is to study, teach, promote and disseminate the philosophy and principles of parliamentary procedure. NAP is organized into eight districts; state, provincial, and territorial associations, and local units. NAP has members throughout North America and around the world, and continues to grow.

NAP's national organization includes the board of directors and the association's committees, supported by its headquarters staff.
