Proposed Bylaw Amendments
May 20, 2013
The NAP Bylaws Committee has published the bylaw amendments that will be considered at the 2013 NAP Biennial Convention. Convention delegates are encouraged to bring a copy of the amendments to the convention for reference. A printed copy of the proposed amendments will be mailed to NAP members, but can also be downloaded from the NAP website.

The 39th NAP Biennial Convention will be held in Portland, Oregon from September 6-9, 2013. Information and registration forms are included in the 2nd quarter National Parliamentarian. Be sure to complete your convention registration and reserve a hotel room soon!

PQC and PRC offered at Portland Convention
May 8, 2013
The National Association of Parliamentarians will offer two courses in Portland, Oregon, in conjunction with the NAP Biennial Convention. The Professional Recertification Course (PRC) for current PRPs will be offered September 4-5 prior to convention; the Professional Qualifying Course (PQC) for candidate PRPs will be held September 10-11 following convention.
