Special Pricing for New Advanced Bylaws Course

The new 'Construction of a Successful Organization' advanced course provides an in-depth look at how the bylaws of an organization create a foundation on which the organization is built. All aspects of bylaws are covered, from the creation of new bylaws to interpretation of existing bylaws, and the relationship of bylaws to an organization's other governing documents. A 90-day subscription to the course costs only $110 if purchased by August 31, 2009.

The proposed amendments to NAP's governing documents that will be considered at its 2009 biennial convention are available to members online. This notice was also mailed to all members with the 2nd Quarter 2009 National Parliamentarian.

Convention Registration Available
May 12, 2009
Members who will attend the 2009 NAP biennial convention in San Francisco may register online on the NAP Web site. Convention details, and a registration form that can be used by those who prefer to register by mail, fax, or phone, are found in the Second Quarter 2009 National Parliamentarian.
