Leadership
The Missouri State Association of Parliamentarians provides many opportunities for its members—and guests at its meetings and workshops—to develop and exercise leadership skills. Learn how to facilitate smooth-running meetings, support an organization as an elected officer, and organize meetings and conventions of any size.
Effectiveness
A healthy organization benefits from the ideas and observations of its members. Does your organization overlook good ideas when somebody with a louder voice or more political power expresses a different opinion? Learn how to propose and discuss ideas effectively, to make the most of everybody's expertise and insight. Make the right decisions, in a manner that everybody will agree is fair.
