NAP Meeting Toolkit

Need to know whether a motion to Postpone to a Certain Time can be discussed before voting? Confused about the vote required to amend a convention standing rule once it is adopted?  NAP's parliamentary reference cards are durable plastic cards designed to be used before, during, and after meetings. Avoid testing your math skills in front of a crowd—the vote calculator allows you to calculate majority and two-thirds votes instantly. Review guidelines for taking minutes correctly, or the proper steps in handling a motion.
