Welcome to the George Demeter Unit home on the internet!
If you are interested in learning more about parliamentary procedure (Robert's Rules of Order), then join us in an inviting, friendly atmosphere to discuss and practice the principles that can improve our skills as members or officers of all kinds of organizations.
We meet five times a year, on the first Saturday in October, December, February, April, and June. We meet from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon.
We begin with a brief business meeting, followed by an educational program on some aspect of parliamentary procedure, presented by one of the members or a guest speaker.
Our meetings are conveniently located at the Holiday Inn Select Hotel, 15 Middlesex Canal Park Road, Woburn, MA.

ANNUAL MEETING AND PROGRAM
Business Meeting, followed by an informative Program, "The Interesting Life of George Demeter," led by his nephew and Unit member, Peter Senopoulos. Peter will relay the story of the Unit's namesake, author of "Demeter's Manual of Parliamentary Law and Procedure."
