Letter from the President
Dear NAP Members:
Greetings from the NAP Educational Foundation! The board of trustees for the Foundation has devised a plan of action to enhance its partnership with the National Association of Parliamentarians® (NAP). Our efforts of enhancement include providing additional support to NAP for projects involving production of additional educational materials as well as assisting with youth activities.
The NAP Educational Foundation also supports student scholars at yearly NAP events. These scholars have the opportunity to learn about the National Association of Parliamentarians while assisting with our activities. The NAP Educational Foundation has also assisted with the support of NAP interns from the partnership organizations. These students scholars and interns are the future of our organization, and they need you, the NAP member, to mentor them in our professional endeavors and practices.
The NAP Educational Foundation welcomes donations and new members. If you are not yet a life member and have contributed to the Foundation in the past, please check with Nancy Sylvester, Vice-President and Membership Chairman, concerning your possible move up into a life, sapphire, ruby, or diamond Foundation membership. Your contributions are invested in building the future of NAP. We are working together to build this strong partnership and bond.
