2010 ASAP 46th ANNUAL MEETING
Mike Peck,PRP 2010 Annual Meeting Committee Chairman, has announced the date of Saturday, August 14, for the annual meeting for 2010. The location will be the Embassy Suites in Tempe.
This is the meeting where the new officers are elected and installed. It is also the meeting where we invite a national representative to join us, bring news from headquarters, and a workshop for our education. This year the NAP representative is NAP President Ron Stinson. Ron has been a frequent visitor to our meetings gave excellent educational workshops and is always welcome in Arizona. It will also be a time to meet our new District Eight Director David Mezzera, who is planning on attending.
The schedule not so far been set by the committee, if it follows previous even-year annual meetings, registration will start at 8:30 am, the meeting at 9:00 am, and everything should be wrapped up by 3:00 pm.
The cost, including lunch, registration fee, and materials is $45.00 for members and $30.00 for guest joining us for lunch only.

In the past, several members joined our
national representative for dinner on Friday night and again on Saturday night. If you are interested to being part of either or both of these Dutch-treat meals, contact Mike so he will know how many reservations to make.
Our annual meeting will also be considering proposed bylaw and standing rule amendments, something you do not want to miss.
