The photos on the right are from the Arizona Agua Fria Unit (AAFU) and the Valle del Sol Unit (VDSU). The AAFU was taken when ASAP President Vivian Vincent, PRP, visited their unit on 12.14.2011. The VDSU photos show members participating in an exercise to create the chart of subsidiary motions using a sticky board. Members were each given a motion and asked to provide its purpose, how to make it, and its characteristics.

ASAP provides opportunities to study Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, 10th Edition, and become familiar with the rules governing operations of committees, boards, clubs, associations and societies. Knowledge of parliamentary procedure puts one in a position to help organizations function more efficiently; and provides the tools for officers and members to participate in any assembly with confidence.
