ASAP provides opportunities to study Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, 10th Edition, and become familiar with the rules governing operations of committees, boards, clubs, associations and societies. Knowledge of parliamentary procedure puts one in a position to help organizations function more efficiently; and provides the tools for officers and members to participate in any assembly with confidence.
